This comic is a clear example of how prohibitionists see alcohol as something that causes people to commit more crimes and generally be awful people. They also see alcohol as the root of all their problems, and believe getting rid of it would improve society as a whole due to issues like people spending money on alcohol instead of their families, and so on. To them, banning alcohol should be common sense, like stopping the water before it overflows.
Description
A women walks into her bathroom and sees her maid clean up the water that is flowing from the faucet, but the faucet is still running so her work is in vain. The faucet is labeled as saloon and the water coming out was labeled as crime.
