It literally shows the man signing an agreement acknowledging his future children will be feebleminded. This clearly illustrates one of prohibitionists' strongest arguments that alcohol consumption would produce disabled or intellectually impaired children due to parental irresponsibility.
Description
A man is drinking, but the alcohol signs a agreement for him that his children may have epilepsy, idiocy, feeble mindedness, and criminal tendencies.
